• Edmond Gaible, Ph.D. - Ed helps development agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and enterprises implement information technologies effectively to enhance socio-economic and community development, education reform, and learning in the poorest communities of Africa and Asia. With a Ph.D. in theater from the University of California, Ed is also a playwright whose collaboratively developed theater and dance-theater pieces have appeared in San Francisco and the East Bay, New York, Atlanta, and Berlin.
